I have so many conversations with wonderful women telling me that my happy hormone workshops aren’t for them because they’ve gone through the menopause already.

Every time I hear that my heart drops ❤️‍🩹

I love that there are more conversations about the menopause. I love that there is more support being given and more information being shared BUT….

I personally feel the whole hormone conversation needs to be started much sooner (which is a story for another day) and cover more about the years AFTER the menopause.

Hormones are for life not just until the menopause and estrogen, progesterone and testosterone are not the only hormones.

Cortisol, Vitamin D, Thyroid and Insulin are all hormones.

These are the hormones that all play a vital role in your complete wellbeing.

These are hormones that are not made in the ovaries.

These are hormones that influence your mood, energy, metabolism, weight, muscle and heart function, immune system, bones.

These are hormones that could impact your mobility, health and inch loss goals if they aren’t happy.

I’m delivering a Happy Hormones Escape in Breedon on the Hill on Sunday 17th September.

This will be 3 hours of dance fitness aerobics 💃🏻 happy hormones chat, and some Fitness Pilates 🤸🏻‍♀️ peppered with tea, coffee, motivation and laughter ☕️
