The programme is delivered straight to your inbox in bitesize videos each morning (Monday – Friday) for you to watch when and where you want and however many times you choose. All the videos will be under 8 minutes so you can watch them as a daily motivation or back to back at the end of the week without needing to carve out hours of time to catch up.

There will also be a weekly live Q&A session which will be held on the zoom platform. This will be available to watch as a recording if you are unable to join the live times.

Finally there is a hugely inspirational supportive and interactive closed Facebook group where you can chat (if you want to) with the other wonderful women in the programme.

Think Well

Our thoughts are hugely powerful and how we think about and speak to ourselves can shape our reality. It is now scientifically proven that we can create new neural pathways and throughout this programme I will reveal ways to recognise and alter your current thoughts and beliefs to transform your mindset, happiness and daily actions so that you thrive in every moment and achieve all that you desire.

Eat Well

The gut plays a vital role in your overall health and wellbeing. It can help control everything from your weight to your mood to brain health, inflammation and immune function. Not only that, but 90% of serotonin, the happy hormone, is produced in the gut yet gut health is too often overlooked. You will discover how to improve your gut health, boost liver detoxification and nourish your body. I will share simple recipes and methods to ensure you are absorbing the minerals and vitamins your body and bones need for optimal health.

Move Well

The days of exercising to counteract poor food choices are a thing of the past. It is time to look at movement as a benefit for overall health and not to cancel out the extra glass of wine you may have had yesterday. I will share with you the most beneficial movement for you to support cognitive heath, balance, bone health, motor skills, reflexes, your nervous system and your heart health to ensure you are moving for your complete wellbeing during the time your routine allows.

Most of us spend our days racing through our schedule and to do list, trying to get from one task to the next. We’re constantly thinking about the next deadline or task. As a result we all too often feel exhausted, lost and overwhelmed as we spin plates and try to be all things to all people.

We can get so caught up ‘being’ busy that we accept that as our norm and so end up feeling guilty if we stop and be still and yet we miss so much IF we don’t – WHEN we don’t.

Whilst missing amazing moments isn’t enough, we are impacting our wellbeing when we just keep going as our cortisol (the stress hormone) levels are continually elevated. This impacts the adrenals, sabotages inch loss and can cause a cascade of troublesome hormonal symptoms though the body. This is why throughout the programme you will discover simple strategies to manage your stress and increase your energy to no longer survive but THRIVE!

Making just one change in your daily routine will cause a ripple effect through your whole wellbeing yet if you have to ‘make time’ to carry out your new habit you will never find time.
