A twenty eight day ONLINE Fitness Pilates workout programme created with a collection of workouts from my teaching archive

Fitness Pilates uses the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates which are delivered in a modern and functional way It is designed to improve posture, back and core strength and mental cognition whilst enhancing mobility, flexibility and balance.

What’s included:

🤸🏻‍♀️8 x Express workouts – each under 15 minutes so perfect for creating a consistent workout routine, especially when time is short or you’re feeling sluggish or unmotivated.

🤸🏻‍♀️ 7 x “Wake Up, Work Out” classes – each between 16 – 20 minutes  

🤸🏻‍♀️ 8 x Virtual Studio classes – each between 30 – 45 minutes

🤸🏻‍♀️ 5 x Small Equipment Interval workouts – for these workouts you will need:

  • An Activation Band (or heavy looped resistance band),
  • A Pilates Mini Ball, a hand or small bath towel 🧽
  • A Broom Handle (golf umbrella or the pip attachment from the hoover) 🧹

All workouts are immediately accessible and you have life time access once purchased.
