This 8 week online programme will provide you with simple strategies to implement into your own, often busy, routine to support your total wellness – physical, mental and emotional.

The programme is delivered in 5 bite-size videos each week for you to watch when and where you want and however many times you choose.

Making just one change in your daily routine will cause a ripple effect through your whole wellbeing yet, if you have to ‘make time’ to carry out your new habit you will never find time. It is with this in mind that I will support you to create improvements to your current routine or combine simple add on’s to those existing habits. It is not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.
