I have heard the same frustrations around inch loss resistance, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep and exhaustion (amongst other things) from so many women again and again and so setting up a monthly wellness membership has been my intention for a long time.

I wanted to create an accessible community setting (women thrive on community support) that presents simple strategies to support complete wellbeing.

A one stop online shop for busy women to access information that is relevant to them (so they don’t have to sift and sort through tonnes of information) so they can make progress with their wellness goals in the simplest way possible.

Yesterday I received this from one of the founder members of my Member’s Club:

The Foundations of Wellbeing membership has really changed the way I look after myself. 


It was never about the exercise for me – I love exercise and have enough drive and motivation to do that on my own, and have been exercising very regularly for my whole life. I love adding the short workouts Victoria has created into my weekly routine as they’re so quick and easy to do. Now that I’m over 40 though, I knew that I would need some extra guidance about all the other stuff that makes up wellbeing. 


I love the bundles! I didn’t know too much about gut health and hormones before joining, but I now know just how much of an affect all of this has on my overall wellbeing and the way I feel at different times of the month. The information about stress has really been an eye-opener for me – I thought I knew how stress affects me, but now I know so much more, especially about the affects on my body, and I know how to deal with it better when it arises. 


Victoria has put so much care and thought into this monthly membership and all of the content – SO much content for less than £7 per week! – and it’s obvious that she really wants to help people feel their best, and reach their wellness potential whatever their struggles are. She has created a supportive community and I’m so glad it exists. 


When I envision my Wellness Members Club, I see a community of like-minded women who are passionate and determined to take control of their complete wellbeing. They want to restore balance, feel energised, be happy, fulfilled and thrive.
