Small Group In Person Classes

Supporting your brain and body through movement

Regular exercise improves brain function after a TIA or mild stroke and may help lower the risk of a secondary stroke. It can also make everyday things feel a bit easier again; from getting up and down more confidently to helping your co-ordination and focus.

This small, supportive group exercise class is designed to help you rebuild strength, stamina, balance and the connection between brain and body.

With a mix of gentle aerobic movement patterns, strength work, balance and co-ordination, every session is tailored to you.

If you are mobile, able to stand with some support and walk short distances without another person’s assistance, then this small group class is for you.
