Join us for a day of simple strategies, smart movement and solid support to reset your long-term health and wellbeing.

Designed for women who have done everything they were told would keep them “well”  yet feel constantly exhausted, quietly normalising an aching body and wondering why what once “worked” simply doesn’t anymore.

Set in a gorgeous landscape with beautiful views, our farmhouse barn is a magical, safe space to escape to and be inspired, motivated and invigorated.

What the day looks like:

Pilates

Muscle Ache, Pain and Healthy Shoulders Masterclass

Dance Workout 

Lunch

Tropic Skincare Experience

Stress Management and Mindfulness Masterclass

Restorative Pilates

 

This day is intentionally intimate – there are only 12 spaces. 
Workouts are suitable for all levels though will include floor work.
All equipment will be provided
Unlimited coffee and tea (including herbal) are included

This isn’t ‘another retreat’
