They don’t always need another fitness class.
They don’t need someone shouting at them to “push harder”.
More often than not, they simply need somewhere safe to start, without feeling overwhelmed.

A personalised 4-week starting point
Available as 1:1 or 2:1 support from my private workout space at Millhouse Business Centre, Castle Donington (DE74 2NJ) or ONLINE, sessions combine strength, balance, co-ordination and gentle aerobic exercise in a calm, supportive environment.
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to improving your health and wellbeing. That’s why every programme is built around the person in front of me, your goals, your lifestyle and what matters most to you right now.

4 week-programme £160
Available as 1:1 or 2:1 support.
Includes either:
- One 60-minute session per week, or
- Two 30-minute sessions per week
2:1 sessions can be attended with a partner, family member or friend
The session fee remains the same for 1:1 and 2:1 support and can be shared between both participants.
