Phase five workouts
As I shared in Phase five of Reignite, the days of eat less, move more are long gone.
Below are the workout styles IÂ recommend adding into your workout routine.
It really is about moving well NOT more. Workouts honestly only need to be between 10 – 40 minutes for maximum benefit. These are each very short but effectivem when completed regularly.
 As with everything I shared in the Reignite guide, there will be a crossover of benefits from each of these workout styles including improving foot proprioception to keep the feet alive and supporting neuroplasticity and neurogenesis to keep the brain cells sharp.
