What’s included:

🏋🏼‍♀️ 14 x 15 – 17-minute workouts using minimal equipment  – perfect for creating a consistent workout routine, especially when time is short or you’re feeling sluggish or unmotivated.

You will need a pair of dumbbells or TWO water bottles (ideally filled with sand) or TWO food tins for this programme

 

The first workout will be available on Monday 16th March 2026 with subsequent workouts available daily until 30th March
