During each fun filled week we will release tension, create calm, strengthen and stretch to improve your mood, mobility and flexibility.

Suitable for all levels. Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class using the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates delivered in a modern and functional group way. It is an all-inclusive programme designed to improves posture, back and core strength and mental cognition whilst enhancing mobility, flexibility and balance.

What is Fitness Pilates?

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class using the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates delivered in a modern and functional way.

Fitness Pilates improves posture, back and core strength and mental cognition whilst enhancing mobility, flexibility and balance in a non-intimidating, fun and enjoyable class set to music.

It is an all-inclusive programme designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and is suitable for all levels of fitness and general healthy adult.

**Fitness Pilates is not a rehab class and is unsuitable for individuals with diagnosed muscular-skeletal issues that require one to one clinical application**

You will need to bring your own mat to the face to face classes

So many women worry that if they lift weights they will bulk up but we don’t have enough testosterone in our endocrine system for that to happen so instead we burn fat, drop inches and even more importantly strengthen and improve our bone quality preventing osteoporosis.

Suitable for all levels, Weights for Women is my most popular class, join me face to face at Melbourne Sporting Partnership or tune in ONLINE to the live stream of the same class.  (A replay will be emailed out after the class if you can’t join live)
