During this workshop you’ll discover what you DO need to focus on to reach your fat loss goals  WITHOUT restricting or counting calories or punishing your body with high impact exhausting workouts.

What do I need to bring?

Some water and a yoga mat if you are attending the Super Glutes Masterclass, otherwise just yourself.

What do I need to wear?

If you are attending the Super Glutes Masterclass you’ll need to wear your workout wear or clothes you can comfortably move in – layers are ideal.

What if I need to cancel?

All purchases are final and non-refundable. .

What happens if my workshop is cancelled?

In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be given or your can transfer your payment to another workshop or event.
