Virtual Studio Thank You

Thank you for purchasing my Virtual Studio weekly membership for Monday 4th – Friday 8th May. I am so excited you will be joining me. You can join as many of the sessions on the timetable below as you desire during the week.

Classes will be held through the Zoom platform, you will need an account which is free to set up and very simple. Set up your free Zoom account HERE  Zoom is a 2 way streaming service and your camera will need to switched on – that means I can see you are actually joining in (and not just watching from your sofa with a cuppa and packet of hob-nobs – as if you would!). Whilst I may need to mute your microphones from time to time during the workouts you will have the opportunity to interact with others.

The timetable for the week is detailed below. Zoom links to all the classes will be sent out via email on Sunday morning. If for any reason you do not receive it please let me know – victoria@victoriajones.co.uk (Sometimes my emails end up in people’s junk folders).


As a condition of your enrolment, you agree that you are physically capable of participating in the sessions and accept full and complete responsibility for your own participation in the sessions. You agree that should any medical or physical condition arise prior to or during a session which is likely to affect your ability to participate in a session you will not attend / will withdraw from the session.

Without limiting the foregoing, before taking part in any session you must answer NO to the following questions:

1. Has your Doctor ever said you have a heart condition and you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?
2. Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity?
3. In the past month have you had chest pain when you were not doing physical activity?
4. Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?
5. Do you suffer with any bone or joint pain/discomfort?
6. Is your Doctor currently prescribing drugs for blood pressure or heart condition?
7. Are you pregnant or have been pregnant in the last three months?
8. Do you know of any other reason why you shouldn’t take part in physical activity?

If you answer YES to any of the above, you MUST seek advice from your doctor and email victoria@victoriajones.co.uk


Monday

  • 9.15am – Fitness Pilates : A functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It applies the main principles of Pilates such as Breathing, Centring, Concentration, Balance and Control but it also involves more functional movement for everyday life.

Tuesday

  • 9.15am – Zumba : A fun effective Latin inspired dance workout

Wednesday

  • 6pm – Body Conditioning : A combination of cardio, resistance, strength and flexibility exercises provide a fun full body workout.

Thursday

  • 9.15am – Zumba : A fun effective Latin inspired dance workout

Friday
