🌀 Short daily lessons where I share simple lifestyle strategies for reducing stress, improving gut health and ultimately supporting your hormones (These lessons are uploaded to your dashboard each morning so you can watch them at a time convenient to you).

🌀 Access to a library of short purposeful workouts that you can follow as and when suits you.

🌀 6 group calls with opportunity for Q&A, coaching & planning. First call Tuesday 23rd February at 7.30pm GMT, then each Sunday and Wednesday at 7.30pm until 14th March. (I will record calls and send the replay to you if you are unable to make it).

1:1 Accountability 

£125 p/month

🌀 4 x one to one accountability sessions (1 x 60 mins + 3 x 30 mins) to identify the underlying factors of your current routine that are disrupting your wellbeing.          

🌀 A comprehensive personalised lifestyle plan that will help you restore your complete well-being and achieve your goals. 

🌀 Access to a library of short purposeful workouts that you can follow as and when suits you.


There is no minimum term however for optimal results up to 12 consecutive weeks may be desirable. Your 4 wek package begins from the date of your first accountability session.
