My one to one accountability package is tailor-made to guide you from where you are and how you feel right now to where you want to be over a 12 week period.

Together, during this 12-week package, we will create practical strategies for you to implement into your current routine.

These will be personal to you so that you restore your beautiful body from the inside or find clarity with your work in order to feel happy, healthy and energised every day and live the life you dream of.

The weekly live sessions (either online via zoom or face to face around Long Whatton) will support and inspire you, whether your goal is to reduce your stress, balance your hormones, loose inches or re-ignite your spark and feel focused and energised.

I will guide you, hold you accountable and help you create a comprehensive lifestyle plan that you can follow easily.
