- Wednesday – Improve your gut health and boost liver detoxification
- Thursday – Uncover the most beneficial movement for you and your wellness goals
I’m Victoria and my passion is to inspire and support women to feel more energised and less alone and frustrated in order to live their happiest, healthiest life.
- The daily sessions will be recorded and a replay sent to you via email each day so don’t worry if you can’t join live.
- You will only have access to each replay for 48 hours once they go live though.
- Each session will be under 20 minutes so you won’t need to carve out hours each day to join live or keep up
