🌀 Each module includes bitesize videos with downloadable pdfs that you can work through at your own time and pace. 

🌀 5 group calls (held via zoom) with the opportunity for Q&A, coaching and personalised strategy planning.

🌀 1 x 40 min one to one accountability session (held via zoom).

🌀 You’ll also have access to an online library of short purposeful workouts that you can follow at home as and when suits you plus a daily weights workout from my online  weights for women programme.

Hello, I’m Victoria

I am a women’s wellbeing mentor, conscious that moving well, eating well and thinking well can restore beautiful bodies, balance hormones and banish troublesome symptoms and frustrations.

My passion is to inspire and support wonderful women to take responsibility of their own health, happiness and hormones by sharing simple, lifestyle strategies and the most important information women need about sleep, stress, hormones, bone/gut/brain health and purposeful movement.

As an accredited coach of the Sue Stone Foundation I thrive in providing nurturing support to nourish physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Having personally been on the path to move away from the actions that were no longer working for me, from the behaviours that left me feeling exhausted, constantly overwhelmed, surviving on poor sleep with elevated cortisol levels I now help women who are ready to move away from the ‘Eat Less, Move More’ approach and feel energised, happy and healthy and I would be honoured to help you.

Six Steps to happy hormones

Our hormonal health is too often overloooked until we reach the menopause when our hormones get blamed for every thing…

  • Emotional wreck – “its our hormones”
  • Angry or frustrated – “its our hormones”
  • Fleeting feelings of despondency – “its our hormones”
  • Mid section weight gain or feeling bloated – “its our hormones” etc etc etc

 

ALL hormones work together, if one is out of balance there will be a cascade of disruption though the entire endocrine system which can:

  • Sabotage weight loss goals
  • Leave us feeling a sense of loss of self
  • Cause troublesome symptoms that are all too often normaised.
