These small group low impact workout sessions focus on strength, flexibility, balance (physical and hormonal), functional movement and core stability.

Created to help you feel more energised and move better through the peri-menopause, menopause AND the wonderful years beyond, Fortify is suitable for ALL levels and hormonal phases – hormones are for life NOT just the menopause.

Hormones affect EVERYTHING that happens in your body: your mood, sleep, weight and energy are all controlled by your hormones. Bone, heart and cognitive health are all influenced by hormones.
