During each fun filled week we will release tension, create calm, strengthen and stretch to improve your mood, mobility and flexibility.

Suitable for all levels. Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class using the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates delivered in a modern and functional group way. It is an all-inclusive programme designed to improves posture, back and core strength and mental cognition whilst enhancing mobility, flexibility and balance.

What is Fitness Pilates?

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class using the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates delivered in a modern and functional way.

Fitness Pilates improves posture, back and core strength and mental cognition whilst enhancing mobility, flexibility and balance in a non-intimidating, fun and enjoyable class set to music.

It is an all-inclusive programme designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and is suitable for all levels of fitness and general healthy adult.

**Fitness Pilates is not a rehab class and is unsuitable for individuals with diagnosed muscular-skeletal issues that require one to one clinical application**

You will need to bring your own mat to the face to face classes
