  • Monday 4th April - Happy Hormones (12.30pm – 1.15pm)

Happy hormones create a happier, healthier, more energised you! During this totally positive, inspirational and empowering workshop I’ll share the most important information women need to know about their hormones to restore balance, banish troublesome symptoms, feel calm and energised and improve fragmented sleep.

  • Thursday 7th April - Move Well, NOT More (12.30pm – 1.15pm)

All movement is wonderful but the ‘working out hard to crush calories’ approach is outdated and it is time to move purposefully to NOURISH the body and support bone, heart and brain health. During this workshop I’ll share why it is so important to move WELL not more, particularly if you have an inch loss goal and just how to do it simply and easily without exhaustion.


You will need a pair of dumbbells/hand-weights, water bottles or food tins. Zoom links will be emailed out on Saturday 2nd April
