Monday 20th April

  • 9.15am – Zumba : A fun effective Latin inspired dance workout
  • 6.45pm – Fitness Pilates : A functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It applies the main principles of Pilates such as Breathing, Centring, Concentration, Balance and Control but it also involves more functional movement for everyday life.

Wednesday 22nd April

  • 10.15am – Freestyle Fitness Yoga : A combination of strength and functional movement, mixing traditional yoga postures, stretches and balances with fitness principles.
  • 6.45pm – Zumba : A functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It applies the main principles of Pilates such as Breathing, Centring, Concentration, Balance and Control but it also involves more functional movement for everyday life.

Friday 24th April

  • 9.15am – Strengthen & Stretch: A combination of cardio, resistance, strength and flexibility exercises provide a fun full body workout.
  • 6.45pm – Fitness PJ’s Pilates : A functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It applies the main principles of Pilates such as Breathing, Centring, Concentration, Balance and Control but it also involves more functional movement for everyday life. And as it’s Friday and the weekend is calling , wear your PJ’s, bring a glass of fizz for after to head into the weekend in comfort and style.
