What to Expect:

  • 6 x 1 hour sessions of uninterrupted time to talk through any wellness frustration you are facing.
  • You get to pick my women’s wellbeing brains for an hour either weekly or fortnightly
  • You will leave every session feeling empowered and with the motivation to use the tools, techniques and daily disciplines, personalised for you.
  • Whether you are feeling stuck, frustrated of overwhelmed by what to do next, we will, together, create a next step plan to move you from where you are right now and in the direction of where you want to be and keep you accountable.
  •  Your sessions are held via zoom but the format is flexible and free flow. I encourage you to take notes while we talk.
