What to Expect:

🌀 5 online modules where I share simple lifestyle strategies for reducing stress, improving gut health, enriching sleep and supporting bone and heart health whilst bringing you hormone clarity.

🌀 Each module includes bitesize videos with downloadable pdfs that you can work through at your own time and pace.

🌀 5 group calls (held via zoom) with the opportunity for Q&A, coaching and personalised strategy planning.

🌀 You'll also have access to an online library of short purposeful workouts that you can follow at home as and when suits you.
