During each fun filled week we will release tension, create calm, strengthen and stretch to improve your mood, mobility and flexibility.
Suitable for all levels. Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class using the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates delivered in a modern and functional group way. It is an all-inclusive programme designed to improves posture, back and core strength and mental cognition whilst enhancing mobility, flexibility and balance.
