My purpose built studio in the heart of Headcorn, Kent is a comfortable, friendly and encouraging environment… just the place to become calmer, stronger and healthier.

All movement is wonderful but my small group classes are designed to support complete well-being offering a combination of restorative and strength programmes. I teach all my classes in 5 week blocks, discover more below. The studio is a small, safe and reassuring space with plenty of parking too!
